Toxic fumes leak into cabin on US Airways flight

CNN reported today on eight passengers who became ill after a US Airways flight during which an oil leak caused toxic fumes to penetrate the cabin.

One of the primary concerns with the leak involvesĀ  exposure to tricresyl phosphate, a toxin that degrades air quality and cause neurological damage.

Adverse effects have been noticed among crew members, some of whom have been unable to return to work.
