The Environmental Working Group, in its 2010 Cell Phone Radiation Report, has rated the best and worst phones according to their radiation output.
Their online database also allows you to search for information on your cell phone model, including its Specific Absorption Rates (SAR) data.
SAR measures the radiation absorbed by the body when a cell phone sends signals to a network.
