Pelotonia charity ride begins

Riders participating in the Pelotonia Tour, founded by NetJets, departed this morning from the Chemical Abstracts Service lawn in Columbus. Company might build ‘green’ distribution center in Green

George W. Davis reported in yesterday’s Akron Beacon Journal that a private company is considering Green, Ohio as the location for a new $11 million medical supply distribution center. Audubon Center celebrates opening

Yesterday, the Grange Insurance Audubon Center held its opening celebration at the 72-acre Scioto Audubon Metro Park, a former industrial dumping site on Columbus’ Whittier Peninsula. In Wednesday’s New York Times, Kate Galbraith reported on the recent decline in solar panel costs. Citing analyses from Piper Jaffray, Galbraith says that since mid-2008, solar panel prices have decreased by 40 percent. Business First of Columbus reported today that the Ohio Advanced Transportation Partnership, operated by Clean Fuels Ohio, has been awarded an $11 million federal stimulus grant.
